Q: What’s the difference between in-person and online coaching?

- Online: Flexible, structured plans via app (Everfit), weekly check-ins, perfect for travel or home setups.

Q: Where do you offer in-person training?

Q: Can I combine both formats?

Q: What’s the pricing?

- In-Person (Private): From €300/month for 12 sessions

- Online Coaching: From €120/month

- Semi-Private Training: Shared format (2–5 people), lower cost per person

Q: Do you offer package discounts?

A: Yes—3, 6, and 12-month packages include progressive discounts and bonus perks (like nutrition support).

Q: How can I pay?

A: Stripe, bank transfer, or in-person (cash/card). Recurring subscriptions also available.

Q: How do I book sessions?

A: In-person sessions are scheduled via Acuity or direct message. Online clients follow weekly program drops and pre-set check-in slots.

Q: What’s your cancellation policy?

A: Minimum 12 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may count as used sessions.

Q: How early should I book?

A: 1–2 weeks ahead is ideal to secure your time slot.

Q: Is the program tailored to me?

A: Yes. Every plan—online or in-person—is customized based on your fitness level, goals, lifestyle, and available equipment.

Q: How soon will I see results?

A: Most clients report noticeable changes within 4–6 weeks, with clear progress in 8–12 weeks.

Q: What if I have an injury?

A: All programs start with a movement and medical screening. I create safe, adaptive plans that account for injuries or limitations.

Q: What platform do you use?

A: All online training is delivered via online app - an intuitive, mobile-friendly app with video demos, habit tracking, and chat.

Q: What equipment do I need?

A: I create programs for:

- Bodyweight-only

- Minimal gear (bands, dumbbells)

- Full gym access

Q: I’m busy - can I still train effectively?

A: Yes. I build efficient programs around your schedule, often just 30 mins/day.
